Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization (or lines of business and brands within the organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role will require close collaboration with the sales, operations, and clinical teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives of the organization.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Analyze performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, newsletters, social media
Qualifications:
- College graduate
- Experience in an assisted living or in-home setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
