Position Summary:

As a Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive timely and consistent care by efficiently scheduling caregivers and other service providers. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a compassionate approach to client and caregiver needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Coordination: Manage and coordinate the schedules of caregivers and other service providers to ensure that client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their scheduling preferences and needs, and address any concerns or changes promptly.
  • Caregiver Communication: Work closely with caregivers to manage their schedules, availability, and assignments.
  • Data Entry and Management: Maintain accurate records of client schedules, caregiver assignments, and any changes in scheduling.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to client care.
  • Compliance: Ensure all scheduling activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze scheduling reports to monitor efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality care.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in scheduling, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and other computer applications.
  • Compassionate and client-focused approach.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in healthcare administration is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Nashville, TN: Relocate before starting work (Required)
